Unboxing Video Requirement

Record a clear and continuous unboxing video that:

Starts before opening the package.

Shows the shipping label.
-
Shows the unopened packaging.
-
Shows the entire unboxing process.
-
Clearly highlights the damage or defect in the product.

The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Submission Process

Submissions after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Review and Approval

Our team will review the video and issue within 2–3 business days.

If the claim is approved, we will:

Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

Send a replacement product, based on your preference.

Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

The unboxing video is not submitted or is submitted late.

The video does not clearly show the issue.
