 No Returns Accepted

  • We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

  • All sales are final.

  • Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds and Replacements (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • To be eligible, customers must follow the verification process outlined below.

 Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Record a clear and continuous unboxing video that:

    • Starts before opening the package.

    • Shows the shipping label.

    • Shows the unopened packaging.

    • Shows the entire unboxing process.

    • Clearly highlights the damage or defect in the product.

  • The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Submission Process

  • Send the unboxing video along with your order details to:

  • Submissions after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Review and Approval

  • Our team will review the video and issue within 2–3 business days.

  • If the claim is approved, we will:

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

    • Send a replacement product, based on your preference.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The unboxing video is not submitted or is submitted late.

  • The video does not clearly show the issue.

  • The damage occurs after delivery.

  • The issue is due to customer error, such as a wrong address or change of mind.
